On 56 acres of rolling meadows, ponds, and woods in Rosendale, located between New Paltz and Kingston, NY.


An old-fashioned neighborhood, where homes are privately-owned and energy-efficient. Planned areas for farm and recreation, including a 5-acre swimming pond, as well as our Common House - the epicenter for dining and socializing.

Above scheduled Open Houses / Pot-Lucks are at the Rosendale Recreation Center on Route 32 (across from the Adirondack Trailways bus station), just south of the blue Rosendale Bridge. Weather permitting, we will go over to the farm for tours and hang out time.

 

Please RSVP via e-mail to Nancy at psymolly@aol.com the Wednesday before any Sunday events and include what you are planning to share at the Pot Luck.
